My practice has helped me to face hard truths in life and to see opportunity for creativity and bravery instead of loss, pain, or fear. I am willing to look within. I don’t always succeed in loving myself well and completely, but I always PRACTICE because i know how I treat others is how I treat myself.

Yoga is so much more than stretching. It’s not only challenging physical work, but also SOUL work. Yoga is an approach to life. A way to suffer less and suffer better. Take what works for you and leave the rest behind.
